email, if you

satisfied with
your order, we
not accept
refund any
calling card(s),
you may exchange
your card to
comparably value
other calling
card by phone,
mailing or email
your calling
card(s) with a
copy of your
emailed invoice

and free calling
card(s) exchange
without an EX
number will be
refused. Your EX
number is valid
for 14 days.
Simply exchange
the calling(s)
in the same
condition as
when you
purchased it
when we made
mistake, with
all manuals,
accessories, and
the packing
slip. We would
be pleased to
exchange to 14
days after your
receive your
calling card(s).
Rates and
minutes are
subject to
change without
notice. We not
responsible if
lost or stolen
your card(s).
All products
(both defective
and
non-defective)
must be
exchanged in
their original
purchase
condition, with
the original
packing material
or blank
warranty cards
or manuals and
any other item
or accessory
provided by the
manufacturer.

missing or used,

refused, or the
value of the
missing
materials may be
deducted from
the total credit
